Discover: This focuses on students discovering new ways to add-value to the Launch HOPE Foundation through their workstreams, teams, and interactions with the community. Students will be challenged to discover innovative ways to grow the non-profit, expand impact and leverage their learnings and experiences to grow personally and professionally.

Deploy: The actions that the interns will take to pull-through the learnings in the Develop and Discover phases into tangible work streams based on their functional area. Each series within the Develop and Discover portion of the internship curriculum will have a “Deploy” Activity and Reflection, where students are asked to utilize skill
